Looking for the best prewar 16 I can find for no more than £10,000. Original UK registration and in the UK, working sunroof,long term ownership,good interior,must be an original 16 preferably in a dark colour but may consider others. Some recommissioning very possible but no major reconstructions or renovations.
Up to August 2023,buyers were plentiful and I had nearly sold the non Rovers I didn't mean to keep into old age.In the past 7 months it has proved to be a very challenging market to extract cash from potential buyers for 30s/40s saloons, the worst in 30 years.The trade in pre war cars has been finished by politicians.
If you have a nice car you really need to find a new home for,please look carefully at what the selling prices are currently, not the asking prices.My own cars are now worth less too,I can now only buy one more to finish my fleet.
